Chapter 7-A of
Act 44 of 2009
mandates the annual disclosure of certain information by every
Contractor who provides professional pension services and
receives payment
of any kind from the Municipality's pension fund.
The administrator of the Upper Salford Township pension fund is Tom
Redmond of
Redmond Consulting, LTD. FRS Capital Management provides
investment consulting services. The Identification of Contractors
and Related
Personnel disclosure forms submitted by Mr. Redmond and Philip Fogli of
FRS Capital Management have been reviewed
and it has
been determined that there are no conflicts of interest. Copies
