Pending Subdivisions and Land Development

The following are subdivisions and/or land development currently going through the review process with the Upper Salford Township Planning Commission.  Additional information is available at the township office.

Weiss - 2284 & 2290 Perkiomenville Road - Lot line adjustment.  No additional lots to be created.

Old Goshenhoppen Church – Church expansion to include additional class rooms and office space.

THP Normandie Golf Course - 175 single family dwellings in a golf course community on Shelly, Old Skippack and Schwenksville Roads. (On hold due to bankruptcy filed by developer.)

Rutledge Tract -  Proposed 14 lot subdivision off Clemmers Mill and Spring Mount Roads.

The following subdivisions have recently been approved by the Upper Salford Township Board of Supervisors: 

Approved 1/4/10 - Poatsy/Gormley - 2136 Wolford Road.  Simple conveyance annexation plan.  No new lots created.

Approved 12/8/09 - Imms/Faringer - 2466/2469 Bergey Road.  Lot line adjustment.  No new lots created.

Approved 8/11/09 - John Campbell - 291 Old Skippack Road - two lot subdivision creating one new lot.

Approved 7/21/09 - Lewis Tract - Lot line adjustment on Larson and Grubb roads reducing seven existing parcels into three new lots.

Approved 8/12/08 -  Wrschka Subdivision - This subdivision creates one new lot off of Pinecrest Place.

Approved 7/8/08 - New LIfe Youth and Family Services. Final approval of Phase I has been amended to construct only one girls dormitory at this time due to a lack of funds to construct two boys dormitories which had previously been proposed along with the one girls dormitory and given preliminary approval. 

Approved 6/10/08 - Atlantis Properties, 2250 Potato Road.  This subdivision creates one new lot on Potato Road.

Approved 5/13/08 - Bateman Tract - This is an eight-lot subdivision on approximately 54 acres on Salford Street.  This subdivision creates seven new building lots with the existing farm house on the 8th lot.

Approved 10/19/07 – Hershey Meadows - This six lot subdivision, owned by Hiram & Mary Hershey, creates 2 new building lots, 2 annexation parcels, 1 residue parcel with an existing dwelling and 1 open space parcel.

Approved 10/9/07 – Harker Lot Line Adjustment – Burton Road - no new lots created.
